No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees.
The 5% platform fee only applies when you use Stripe Connect for online dues collection. If your club tracks dues manually (cash, check, etc.), there is no fee on any plan.
No. The Starter plan is completely free and does not require a credit card to sign up.
We'll notify you and give you 30 days to upgrade to a plan that fits your club's size. We won't remove members or lock your account without warning.
